(1) Do not reverse or short circuit the positive and negative electrodes of the power output with the positive and negative electrodes of the LED point light source, otherwise the IC of the point light source will be burned out and the signal cannot be transmitted. (refer to full color controller signal wiring diagram)
(2) Do not connect the wrong power supply. The rated voltage of LED point light source produced by our company is DC5V / DC12V / DC 24 V (if it is directly connected to 220 V, all the point light sources will be burnt out; if the rated power of 5V products is connected to 12V products, most of the LED point light sources and control chips will be burnt out)
(3) Pay attention to disconnect the power supply of the controller when inserting the SD card, otherwise it is easy to burn the SD card.
(4) When writing characters, the hole diameter of LED point light source is standard 12mm. If the hole diameter is too small, it is not allowed to insert the lamp by force. In this way, it is easy to twist the lamp foot and loosen the soldering, resulting in the dead color of the lamp and the failure of IC transmission.
2、 Fault causes and solutions:
1. The LED point light source is not controlled: phenomenon: the point light source is not bright or partially bright but has no animation effect
Troubleshooting: (1) check the controller – first check whether the controller switch is on and whether the card is read (normal card reading is when 1 light is on and 1 light is off); (2) check the signal input direction of LED point light source. Generally, the signal input direction of the point light source is 4 lines, white and green are signals, and red and white are power sources; (3) check wiring problems. The conventional product of controller output port is GND – white Dat – green line docking (4) if correct, the controller switch can be powered off for about 2 minutes and then turned on.
2. Some LED point light sources are not controlled: phenomenon: if the animation effect of the front point light source is normal, the lower light source has no animation effect from a certain point light source.
Troubleshooting: (1) if the IC (or input line) of the LED point light source or the output line of the previous point light source is broken, replace the LED or the previous light source;
(2) The number of program written point light source is not enough. Ask the business personnel how much program design is (if the test program is 100 points, the LED light source after 100 points will be partially bright, but no animation effect).
3. Animation disorder: phenomenon: the picture will move, but there is no law or part of it is not regular.
Troubleshooting: check whether the plug-in lamp is consistent with the designed wiring diagram. Please adjust the light connection according to the drawing, or input the actual lighting arrangement wiring diagram into the computer to redo the program.
4. Picture will shake: phenomenon: the animation is normal, but the picture will flash, or some lights in front of it are normal, and the lights in the back will shake. Troubleshooting: (1) check whether the maximum distance between the controller and the first LED point light source is more than 8 meters (if more than 8 meters, it is necessary to add an amplifier between the controller and the LED point light source) or signal line quality problems, use shielded network cable instead. (2) Secondly, check whether the power supply meets the requirements (for example, 300 W / 5 V power supply for 12 mm full-color point light source can carry about 800 point light sources)
5. The brightness of LED point light source is inconsistent: exclusion method: the power lines at the head and tail of each group of point light sources should be connected to the power supply (it is recommended to use the 1.5 square square through wire of pure copper national standard line, and it should not be shortened within 3 meters).
6. Some LED point light source color does not come out: Troubleshooting: a certain color of the point light source is broken, replace the point light source.
7. After rain, part of the LED point light source signal does not go down: Troubleshooting: it is recommended to wrap the inlet and outlet line of LED point light source with insulating material before engineering installation, so as to completely eliminate the interference signal of water inflow.
